Refunds & Support

For help with a generation, payment, or refund, contact Bouquet Studio support using the details below. Include your order reference where available and a short description of the issue so we can identify the affected design or purchase.

If a design fails

A failed or timed-out generation returns the reserved design count. A failed free preview does not use your free preview. If the provider accepted a generation but its response is uncertain, we check the task instead of charging you again. Do not submit duplicate requests while your studio shows a task in progress.

If your payment is missing

Only a verified Waffo payment confirmation unlocks your pack. A return to the studio from checkout is not proof of payment. If your payment succeeded but your pack is still pending, keep your Waffo receipt and local order reference and contact support. We can reconcile the order and request payment-event redelivery without asking you to pay again.

Requesting a refund

Contact support with the order reference and a description of the issue. We review duplicate charges, delivery failures and other refund requests individually, subject to applicable consumer law. A full refund removes the unused design counts and download permissions attributable to that order. Partial refunds temporarily place that order’s remaining credits and downloads under review.

Aesthetic variation is part of AI generation. A preview is a visual concept for discussion with your florist. If it does not match your expectations, describe the issue so support can review it. We do not promise a physical bouquet or exact floristry execution.

Your records

Deleting an image or account does not submit a refund request. Keep your receipt and download desired files before deleting your studio. Paid designs remain available until their expiry date even when your remaining design count reaches zero, provided the authorizing payment remains valid.

See Terms of Use for design-count and image-retention details.
