Privacy Notice
Bouquet Studio saves the information needed to provide your bouquet workspace: your email address, account identifier and salted password hash; design preferences and notes; generated images; task status; and order and design-count records.
Your private studio
Personal designs and download files require your signed-in account. They are not public gallery pages and are excluded from our public sitemap. We do not publish your images or notes as testimonials.
Services that help us work
You sign in with your email and password. Email verification is not currently required, and we do not store your password in plain text. APIMart receives your structured flower preferences and design notes for image generation using gpt-image-2. Do not place sensitive personal information in design notes. Neon stores account, task, order and private image records. Waffo hosts checkout and processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Storage and retention
An unpaid preview is retained for seven days. An unlocked preview is retained for 180 days from its first unlock; new paid designs are retained for 180 days from delivery. Expired images are removed by the scheduled cleanup worker. Minimal account and order records can remain to support your unused design counts, receipts, accounting and dispute handling.
You can delete individual designs or your account in the studio. Account deletion removes saved images, profile fields, password hash and design notes, and invalidates your session. Minimal payment records and a hashed account identifier are retained for legal obligations and to enforce one free preview per account. Service-provider and database backup retention follow the configured providers’ policies; operator retention details must be finalized before launch.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential signed session cookies. Your browser may store your unfinished bouquet preferences so they survive sign-in or refresh. We store limited first-visit attribution such as campaign tags and referring domain to understand how visitors find the studio; we do not send your design notes to analytics. Signing out clears the saved preference draft. You can clear browser site data at any time.
Local preview
In local preview mode, email/password accounts are saved in a local SQLite database. Bouquet generation uses a labeled sample-image library. Simulated checkout does not contact Waffo or collect payment details.
